Use of Services
Our services are designed to provide a comprehensive management platform for your digital assets. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Eromify strictly in accordance with these terms.
Note: Commercial use requires a specific subscription tier as outlined in our Pricing guide.
User Responsibilities

- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You agree not to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the service.
Account Registration

Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eromify and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Eromify.

Bot Usage
The use of automated systems or software to extract data is prohibited.
Reverse Engineering
You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software.
Spamming

Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or upgrades that could lead to temporary interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
"In no event shall Eromify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses."
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
